1. Preparation
- Do not use FLOOR7 below a temperature of 8°C.
- The surface should be clean, dry, dust-proof and greaseproof. Loose parts should be removed.
2. Mixing and application
- Add the complete content of the hardener FLOOR7 B to the total quantity of pre-dosed mortar FLOOR7 A in the packing bucket. Mix the two components thoroughly with a low speed drilling machine and a mixer for ca. 2 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- NEVER add water, concrete or other products!
- The prepared mortar can be dispersed and levelled on the surface with a trowel.
- Duration of use after mixture: ca. 30 minutes at 15°C
- Hardening times at 15°C (*) :
After ca. 12 hours practicable After ca. 24 hours mechanical chargeable load-bearing (traffic) After 7 days chemical resistant (*) Lower temperatures implicate longer hardening times. Higher temperatures reduce the hardening times.
- Consumption: ca. 2kg/m²/mm
- Material (trowel, mixer, …) can be cleaned with acetone.
