SUPER7 PLUS can be used on – and/or in combination with several materials such as:
- Most plastics, e.g. hard and soft PVC, polyester, ABS, polycarbonate, synthetic and natural rubbers, neoprene, nitrile, nylon, acrylic glass, butadiene, polyamide, EPDM, PMMA, epoxy, polyurethane, bakelite, celluloid, NBR,...
- Natural surfaces, e.g. glass, steel, brass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, leather, most other metals and metal alloys, HPL, melamine, volkern (e.g. trespa, formica),…
- Remark: For porous surfaces, surely use SUPER7 ACTIVATOR, like for: solid wood, hard wood, fibreboard and plywood, HPL, formica and melamine, gypsboards (Knauf, Gyproc, …), stone, concrete, blue stone, …
Also for surfaces that are not porous, SUPER7 ACTIVATOR, can be applied without any technical risk. Pure polyethylene, pure polypropylene and polytetrafluorethylene (fluorine) cannot be bonded. For porous surfaces: use SUPER7 PLUS.

PROPERTIES AFTER HARDENING (WITH OR WITHOUT ACTIVATOR)

- Surfaces need to be clean and dry.
- Sanding the contact surfaces enhances the adherence and should be done in cases of strong hardened dirt.
- Possible degreasing with TEC 7 Cleaner.
- Remove the break-off cap of the SUPER 7 flask and cut off the top of the spray nozzle.
- Apply SUPER 7 ACTIVATOR to the least porous surface.
- Apply SUPER 7 adhesive drop by drop to the most porous surface. Put the materials to be bonded against each other. If possible, press for about 50 seconds, without shoving. The polymerisation is completed after a few minutes.
- SUPER 7 ACTIVATOR can also be applied to both sides, but this is not necessary.
- When filling holes: fill the hole with dry and clean fillers (saw-dust, sand, etc.). Then apply SUPER 7 adhesive drop by drop, until the filler is saturated. Then spray SUPER 7 ACTIVATOR onto the filled hole, from a distance of ca.30 cm. Be careful: because of the exothermic reaction heat can be generated.
- Spraying SUPER 7 ACTIVATOR onto the unhardened SUPER 7 adhesive will help to have the adhesive hardened. This is useful when excess adhesive needs to be hardened or when strengthening ribs are placed round bonded parts.
- Empty the spray nozzle of the SUPER 7 adhesive after use by pressing on the upright flask until an air bubble is visible. Put back the cap.
- When using SUPER 7 adhesive without SUPER 7 ACTIVATOR: also look at Product Info SUPER 7.
